1. Nature of Services
GeekOps provides professional services including, but not limited to:
- Back-office and operational support
- Business process management
- Administrative and consulting services
- Technical, automation, and operational assistance
Due to the customized and service-based nature of our offerings, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Monthly or Recurring Services
Clients may cancel ongoing or recurring services by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations received after this period will take effect in the following billing cycle
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period
b. One-Time or Fixed-Scope Services
Once a one-time service or project has commenced, it cannot be canceled unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
3. Refund Policy
a. Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are non-refundable:
- Setup fees
- Onboarding fees
- Consulting fees
- Administrative service fees
- Any service already delivered or in progress
Once work has begun or resources have been allocated, refunds will not be issued.
b. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Payment was made in error (duplicate payment)
- Service was not initiated at all and a refund request is submitted within 48 hours of payment
- A written agreement explicitly states refund eligibility
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is at the sole discretion of GeekOps.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting GeekOps is considered a violation of this policy.
- We encourage clients to reach out to resolve concerns directly
- Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate service termination
- Supporting documentation may be submitted to payment processors when disputes arise
5. Service Termination by GeekOps
GeekOps reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:
- The client violates agreed terms
- Misuse, abuse, or illegal activity is detected
- Required information or cooperation is not provided
- Payment obligations are not met
6. No Guarantees Clause
GeekOps does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or performance metrics unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement. Refunds will not be issued based on unmet expectations or subjective dissatisfaction.
7. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
